One of my favorite parts of doing this podcast is catching up with old colleagues. Especially those that I met early in their career. I met Caroline when we both worked for the Dodgers where she was the supervisor of Premium Services.  Now she is the Vice President of Premium and Member Services for the NY Islanders and UBS Arena.
