Nancy is the current director of marketing for USA Water Polo where she leads the  department's focus on stewarding the USA Water Polo brand, promotion of the men’s &  women’s National/Olympic Teams, event promotion, merchandising management,  sponsor development, cultivation/activation and community engagement. Nancy has a  strong background in Olympic and Paralympic sports having spent ten years of her professional career  working within the Olympic & Paralympic Movement where she led agency teams in  strategic development, negotiations and activation programs for high profile brands  such as Toyota Motor North America, Chobani Yogurt, Marriott International and DeVry Education Group. Additionally, Nancy has worked within the professional and collegiate sports landscape spending time at Learfield, Boston University, University of Louisville,  the Denver Broncos and Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (Denver Nuggets & Colorado Rapids). Nancy earned a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Communication from the University of Colorado - Boulder and a Masters in Sport Administration from  the University of Louisville. Nancy currently serves as the VP for WISE (Women in Sports & Events) Los Angeles and sits on the governance and nominating board committee for USA Team Handball.
