Y’all I’m so glad that we are back. I missed you. I recorded this episode at the end of July and I honestly wanted to release it immediately. However, I stuck to the boundaries I set for myself for having a summer break and I needed it, so I’m glad I listened to my body.

You are in for a treat today! I got to sit down with a game-changer, a role model, and an absolute powerhouse - Anne Doepner, the Senior Director of DEI for the Minnesota Vikings.

At the age of 40, Anne reinvented herself, transitioning from Football Operations to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Not only did she create the first DEI role within her organization but the first across all NFL teams.
