I first met our next guest when I hosted a Cocktails & Conversation for Women in Sports. She had a fantastic energy about her! So I was not surprised when I learned about her impressive experience in the sports industry with the Miami Dolphins, Sacramento Kings, 49ers, Legends Hospitality with the Cowboys, the Olympics, and her most recent experience. Cicely Nash is now the Senior Events Producer for Sportico.   

Cicely, who I had the honor of supporting in the 2021 Be Seen & Heard Group coaching program, talks about some great topics that you 100% can relate to and learn from Cicley’s approach.

Cicely’s current 14+ year career has nurtured her expertise in sports facility management, catering and event management, budgeting and revenue forecasting, along with non-profit foundation development. She has worked in the sports industry for organizations including the Miami Dolphins, AT&T Stadium - Home of the Dallas Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers, Sacramento Kings, ESPN collegiate sports division and the 2020 Summer Tokyo Olympic Games. Cicely has recently accepted a position with Sportico as Senior Events Producer.  In her current role, she is responsible for organizing and producing events for the global sports business industry. She is a part of the Live Media Events team that develops and implements the overall event experience, production budgets, and handles logistics from start to finish for each event across the SporticoLive calendar.

 

 Cicely was born and raised in Oklahoma.  She is a graduate from the University of Kansas (BA in Biochemistry & Psychology) and St. Thomas University in Miami, FL (MBA in Sports Administration).  In her spare time, Cicely is a world-wide traveler and an enthusiastic marathon runner.  She has completed a marathon on 6 continents; on the road to reaching her goal soon in Antartica of completing a marathon in each continent!
